When I suffered a knee injury during my football tournament, Lucas went above and beyond, dedicating over more than 5-6 hours across several days to help me recover and get me match-ready.

His dedication to his craft and more importantly, his passion to help others get back to full recovery or reach their goals, and him being such a versatile physio, armed & equipped with different tools & techniques is truly commendable and impressive.

I am grateful for the tireless effort he put into my recovery. —– As a goalkeeper, injuries are part of the game, but Lucas has been instrumental in getting me back on track every time. One notable experience was in 2023 when I was slammed into the goalpost & sustained a lower back injury.

Looking BACK, I’m relieved it was just a muscle injury, but the rehab process was intense. Lucas’ rehabilitation plan was impressive, helping me go from limited mobility to playing a tough match in just 2.5 weeks. He incorporated various techniques, including massage, stretching, and taping, gave me specific rehab exercises & adapted my goalkeeping exercises to suit my field rehab (he became my goalkeeping coach for a week!).

To this day, I’m still amazed at how quickly I recovered. Big shoutout to Lucas for making that happen.

Hi I’m chandra yere I’m a chef I was having a bad back pain having quite months ago happens to see the doctor …advise me to do physio in pte hospital which I never turn up my insurance advisor recommend befit physio so. I had booked the season when I step in the physio room such as perfect place area my mind say something different let’s try out

I had explain to Mr Lucas about my health condition he did a good job and he explain about muscle area. My body is all over tide blood clot he well manage the one hour season make my body so Lighter trigger out all the problems in my back to my right leg so call as shooting pain there is hot pack for my back pain to release and good massage for my back to release the tidenes after the season I feel more comfortable.

Lucas was a very experienced physio who managed to pinpoint my issue really quickly and helped to resolve my lower back injury within the hour.

He was really clear with his explanations and took the time to explain how the injury came about and how to take care of it. He also taught me some exercises to do to strengthen my lower back and allow me to return to my 100% again.

As a goalkeeper who trains a few times a week, Lucas’ treatment was really effective in getting me back onto the pitch asap even better than before!
