With a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Lucas brings extensive experience in both acute hospital care and private practice.

He serves as Head Physiotherapist for the Lion City Sailors Women's Team, Physiotherapist for UWC East, and for the NUS Handball Team.

Lucas specializes in treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative recovery, golf-related injuries, and all sports injuries, with expertise in dry cupping therapy to improve mobility and circulation. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve their physical goals and regain their quality of life.

KAYLEE LIM YU

Physiotherapist

With a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Kaylee has clinical experience in both rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care.

She specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and ACL rehabilitation, working closely with patients to restore movement, reduce pain, and support a safe return to daily activities and sports.

Her treatment approach incorporates manual therapy, Kinesio taping, and dry needling, combined with individualized rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient’s needs. Kaylee is committed to delivering patient-focused care and helping individuals achieve long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
